-The salary is 53,000 baht before tax after the initial 3-month probation period (probation in all cases is paid at 8000 baht lower). A bonus of one month’s salary is paid in April at the end of the school year. Work permit and non-immigrant B visa will be paid along with medical insurance.
-Some optional teaching hours may be available if desired on Saturdays for an extra hourly rate. Around seven weeks’ paid vacation annually.
-Annual increases are paid to those staff members who hold, or are enrolled to qualify for, a Thai teaching license.
-Native English speakers are preferred, although for non-English language teaching roles (eg. science or mathematics), non-natives will be considered at 48,000 baht per month. Qualified Filipino staff are accepted for some positions (not English teaching) at 33,000 per month.
-Applicants must hold a degree related to the subject area being taught. TEFL qualifications are viewed favorably. Educational credentials or a teaching license are preferred, while previous teaching experience is also highly desirable.
