Match Score is a percentage shown next to a job (and to schools next to your application). It estimates how closely your profile fits what that job post asks for. It is a guide to help you find relevant jobs, not a rating of you as a teacher.

Your profile is compared with the job on eight factors: subject, location, native-English-speaker requirement, TEFL/TESOL certificate, grade level, salary, experience, and start date. Some factors count for more than others. The more of them your profile satisfies, the higher the score.
