Frequently asked questions

What is ThaiWorkInter?

ThaiWorkInter is a job platform connecting international job seekers with schools and employers in Thailand. You can explore teaching and non-teaching positions, review job requirements, and apply for opportunities that match your qualifications and experience.

Can I apply for jobs if I am outside Thailand?

Yes. You can browse vacancies and apply from outside Thailand when the employer accepts overseas applicants. Check each listing for location, qualifications, visa requirements, and expected start date.

How do I post a job?
  1. Register or sign in to your employer account.
  2. Complete your organization profile as required.
  3. Open the job-posting section of your dashboard.
  4. Enter the job title, responsibilities, qualifications, salary, location, and other relevant details.
  5. Review and submit the listing according to the platform's instructions.
What is Match Score?

Match Score is a percentage shown next to a job (and to schools next to your application). It estimates how closely your profile fits what that job post asks for. It is a guide to help you find relevant jobs, not a rating of you as a teacher.

Does a high Match Score guarantee that I will get a job?

No. The score only compares information in your profile with the job post. Schools make their own hiring decisions and look at your full profile, documents and interview. ThaiWorkInter cannot guarantee interviews or offers.

How is my personal information protected?

Your information is handled according to the platform's applicable Privacy Policy. Review the policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared with employers.

What is the Resume Database?

The Resume Database is a candidate-discovery feature designed to help eligible employers search for job seekers and review available profiles according to their recruitment needs.
